Privacy Policy

Our company does not disclose, sell, rent, or transfer any personal information to any person or third party. We do not collect sensitive data. The data collected is used for Google Analytics to determine a user’s location and the amount of time spent on the website. Personal information is collected when a form is completed. It is stored in a secure environment and subsequently destroyed within a reasonable period of time. This policy focuses on the provisions adopted in the private sector governing the collection, retention, use, disclosure, and destruction of personal information. These rules are designed to strike a balance between individuals’ privacy rights regarding their personal information and the need to collect, use, or disclose such information in connection with our business activities.

Individuals working for our company are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information. We have designated a person within our company who is responsible for the protection of personal information. At every stage of managing the personal information in our possession, we ensure that consent is obtained from the individual concerned. This consent must be clear, free, informed, and given for specific purposes, and it is valid only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was requested. For any questions or changes regarding your personal information, please contact the person responsible in writing by email at: info@transportdemenagementjmy.com.

We are committed to recognizing the right of access and correction for individuals who wish to review, modify, or delete information concerning them. To exercise this right, please send us an email at: info@transportdemenagementjmy.com.

This policy has been drafted to meet the requirements of the relevant provisions of the laws governing the protection of personal information and privacy.
